This policy explains how ATOM Venture Holdings Inc., 1341 W Mockingbird Ln, Suite 600W, Dallas, TX 75247, United States (“ATOM”) handles personal information when you visit the Site, contact us, subscribe to our updates, or deal with us as a client, supplier or partner contact.

From you. Name, business contact details and company; the content of your enquiry; subscription preferences; event registrations; and documents or details you send us in the course of a business relationship.

Automatically. IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referring URL, and interaction with our emails — see the Cookie Policy.

From others. Business contact data from public sources and professional networks, referrals from partners, and information from clients who involve you in a project.

We do not seek sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask you not to send it to us unsolicited.

To answer enquiries and run the relationship; to send updates and marketing; to secure the Site and prevent abuse; to measure and improve the Site; for accounting, tax and record-keeping; and to establish or defend legal claims.

Marketing. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect across all our marketing lists.

We do not currently use a third-party email or CRM provider for the Site — applications submitted through the form are stored on our own server. If we connect a CRM (for example Merkle) to handle applications in future, this table will be updated before it goes live. No analytics or advertising tags run on the Site.

Service providers act on our instructions under a written contract. We do not disclose personal information to advertising partners. We also disclose personal information to authorities where the law requires it, and to a buyer or investor in a corporate transaction, under confidentiality.

We delete or anonymise data once the period ends, unless a legal claim or obligation requires us to keep it longer.

This section applies to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, New Jersey, Delaware, Minnesota, Maryland, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Utah, Florida, Rhode Island, Kentucky, and others as they take effect).

Categories we collect: identifiers, commercial information and internet activity. Sources, purposes and retention are as stated in Sections 2, 3 and 5.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by applicable state law.

We do not carry out targeted advertising, and we honour a Global Privacy Control signal automatically.

You may access, correct, delete or port your personal information and appeal a refusal. Write to legal@atomventure.holdings; for an appeal, use the subject line “Privacy appeal”. Authorised agents may act on your behalf, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit, logging and supplier due diligence. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
